As a tradition of Distilling Thoughts, my first post of the year is a recap of my popular shots in flickr. Admittedly though, I wasn't that active as I only posted 218 photos this year. I promised to post at least one photo per day but it didn't happen. 

Anyway, here's my top 11 photos of 2011. Some are not even a personal favorite of mine.

 1. Spring

 Flower shots are also popular in flickrverse and this was no exception. This was my most faved photo in 2011.

 Taken during the March 11 earthquake. This photo was featured in flickr blog thus making it my most viewed photo of 2011.

 As I mentioned earlier, flower shots are very popular.

 This was my popular black and white shot. Taken in Norway.

 My popular minimalist shot.

 6. Oriental 

 One of my personal favorites for this year. This is one of the photos that made me love Japan.

 Aside from photography, this is one of my few hobbies.

    Photo no.6 is my fave. I love them all, however.

    I miss Flickr. I used to be active until a cyberstalker started flooding my account nasty comments.
