Twelfth

It's been a while since I have updated this blog. I just have to since totomai.net turns 12. Twelve years - that was a long time. I haven't been religiously blogging since I transferred in the Middle East. In the past, I usually blog on a Sunday but here, Sunday is the first day of work. I know, I have to make excuses. And also, I sort of cheated by posting blog titles or photos only just to keep the one-month per post alive. So sorry about that. 

I am litte more than a year in Abu Dhabi, and I feel that life here is busier than in Japan. Maybe because I have been keeping myself busy so as not to be swallowed by homesickness. Every weekend, I am joining a bowling tournament. A great way to interact with Filipinos working here in the UAE.

 

Recently, I received a comment from one of my blank posts, about how he/she first encountered my blog a decade ago and was surprised that this blog is still up and running. It was a wake-up call. 

I hope I will have the time to write more. I have been to different countries here and would like to share my experiences to all of you. For the last six months, I have been to the following countries for the first time - Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Portugal and Spain. There are lots of photos to share and stories to tell. I just need time.
